Welcome To Kestrel Mead Primary Academy

Welcome to our school website. Kestrel Mead is situated in the growing area of Hamilton on the outskirts of Leicester City. We are a vibrant, caring and aspirational primary school catering for children between the ages of three and eleven. We are proud to be a school across 2 sites, but are firmly one school. The infant site caters for children from Nursery to Year 2 and our Junior building serves our Year 3-6 children. We welcome visits to the school; for prospective pupils, interested parents and professionals who would like to see our pedagogy and curriculum offer in practice. We are very active on Twitter, so be sure to click on one of the tweets below to see the daily photos and updates that we provide.
